Fees include square footage information for each floor, including garages, porches and deck square footage. (If your deck, porch or patio is larger than 1,000 S.F.) there will be a $25.00 additional fee per structure or we can exclude that from the sketch and make a note on the sketch as to the location of the deck/s.

SKETCHING/FLOOR PLAN SERVICE -Counties Covered: 

 

Hall (Entire County), Forsyth (GA 400 & Eastward), Gwinnett (Buford, Sugar Hill & Suwanee), Dawson  County (South of Hwy 53 and East of Hwy 9).

Homes up to 4,000 S.F.  $150
4,000 to 5,000 S.F.          $200
5,000 to 6,000 S.F.          $300
6,000 to 7,000 S.F.          $400
7,000 to 8,000 S.F.          $450
8,000 to 9,000 S.F.          $500
9,000 to 10,000 S.F.        $600

Barns, Sheds, ADU (Accessory dwelling units) $25.00 in addition to above fees.

 

​** CONSULTATION FEE WITHOUT A SKETCH: $150.00 ( up to1 hour at your home)

**PP HONE ONLY CONSULTATIONS: $50.00 FOR A CALL (UP TO 20 MINUTES)

The above consultation fees includes ALL size home (up to 1 hour at the home). This VALUABLE service will include suggestions that will help you get the most return on your investment. With our Appraisal Experience we can tell you what will actually make a difference in the EYES of an Appraiser and what typically will add value to your home. Many people want someone who is a nuetral party to tell them what if anything they need to do before they sell their home!

** We can also provide you with details on what you should and should not say or do when the Bank Appraiser comes calling after your home goes under contract. Trust me when I say this infomation ALONE will be well worth the consultation fee! We know the secrets behind the appraisal process.
