She recruited her husband Chuck 1 year later.  Many Lake Lanier Realtors know Mary & Chuck. Mary & Chuck specialized in appraising Lake Lanier properties which included large custom homes with laser measured floor plan sketches included. The important thing is we know how to sketch according to ANSI, which is the format that all Appraisers nationwide must follow. 

 

**Most sketch or floor plan applications are NOT compliant with ANSI, including floor plans by CUBI CASA and those in FMLS/MLS. These programs have been found to be short on square footage by many Appraisers nationwide or they lack actual measurement information.  This would have a direct negative impact on the value of your property!
